Delete your account and data

This page is for the Fit Forged app on iPhone and Android, made by Fit Forged. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it using the form below if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete it in the app

Open Fit Forged and sign in
Tap the menu in the top right, then Settings
Scroll to Delete Account, tap it, type DELETE and confirm

Your account and all of its data are removed straight away.

Ask us to delete it

Use the email address you signed up with, or the one on your Google or Apple sign-in. We reply to that address to confirm the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days and let you know once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details, including your email address
Your profile, goals and workout plan
Every workout you have completed, custom workouts, streaks and progress stats
Your food log, including every photo and note
Any link to Google sign-in is revoked

What we keep

Nothing from your account. The only thing left afterwards is the deletion request message itself, which we keep as a record that the request was carried out.
